Refunding orders damaged during shipping

(30 Day) Return on Damaged Products or Unopened products that have been delivered as long as they are sealed and in their original packaging. Buyer will have to pay for return shipping and email pictures to david@kingandqueengames

(Graded Cards, Packs, and Pre Orders we do not Accept Returns or Refunds)

Refund cost

Buyers are responsible for all return cost  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on products

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped. We ship orders within 48 hours.

However there will be a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when you buy your items from us.

Returns on damaged Products

Packages delivered and damaged if you received these items they are covered for a 30 day return (Booster Boxes, ETB, UPC, and some accessories that are factory sealed and unopened). Items not covered Graded cards, Single Cards, Packs, Accessories that are opened or any Items not factory sealed.

King And Queen Games, LLC cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS or other shipping carriers we use. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package.
